This is my new favorite tea. It’s light, floral, and sweet. Reminds me of another one of my favorites, Baozhong. If you like oolongs, I would definitely give this a try.

Beezies are hard at work right now. Hoping for a good mix of sun and rain the next 2 months (no floods or droughts).

It would be fun to maybe have friday lunchtime “happy hour” tastings @ your PPM booth where we can let folks vote on their favorite honey + tea combos. I can do fridays.

I imagine Yunnan smells like pu-erh.

I’ve heard that you’re supposed to steep it for a minute and throw that away before steeping again for a few more minutes. I always forget the throw-away step, but I can get several cups out of a single scoop.
