Sheng Pu-erh Tuo Cha
This Pu-erh tea has a sweeter, greener taste than the Shu Pu-erh. This is because this tea was picked and not oxidized as the Shu Pu-erh has been. The tea is dried and then re wet and pressed into forms called Tuo Chas or "tea cake". These small Tuo Chas are enough tea to make a bold cup and can be steeped at least 2-4 more times.
